Beta Update #2: Launch Readiness & Research

Week two focused on launch infrastructure, onboarding simplification, and better processing paths for user-reviewed health data.

Launch infrastructure

• Stripe billing and trial workflows were prepared for gated feature access.
• Authentication bugs were resolved across the sign-up and login path.
• Data validation and access control received additional launch hardening.

AI and product experience

• OCR processing moved toward a more coordinated extraction path for lab documents.
• The chat interface received mobile-first UX improvements.
• Conversation continuity work continued across sessions and devices.

Research notes

• Dr. Melissa Ilardo: behavioral changes and gene expression.
• Dr. Casey Means: metabolic dysfunction, hormones, and glucose regulation.

Next up: manual data entry, more grounded coaching prompts, and guided health blueprints.
