Trackspan Service
Trackspan helps users organize health information from manual entries, lab uploads, OCR workflows, connected sources, wearable imports, practitioner sharing, and AI-assisted summaries. Trackspan is not a medical provider.
Medical Disclaimer
Trackspan does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or clinician-patient care. Information in Trackspan may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. You are responsible for consulting qualified medical professionals before making health decisions.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the health data, files, notes, measurements, and other content you provide to Trackspan. You grant Trackspan permission to process that content as needed to operate, secure, debug, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload, enter, import, or share any information you add to Trackspan.
Connected Sources
You may choose to connect sources such as Apple Health, Oura, or other health and wearable services. By connecting a source, you authorize Trackspan to request and process the data covered by the permissions you approve. You can disconnect connected sources.
Third-party services have their own terms, policies, availability, rate limits, and data practices. Trackspan is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or inaccurate data provided by those services.
Trackspan is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with Oura unless we expressly state otherwise with Oura's written permission. Oura data may only be used through Trackspan for the connected-source features you authorize.
AI Features
Trackspan may include AI-assisted features for organizing, summarizing, or explaining information. AI output is informational only and may be incomplete or wrong. You should not rely on AI output as medical advice.
Oura data imported through the Oura API is not used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve AI models, and it is not used for advertising, marketing, benchmarking, or competitive analysis.
Practitioner Sharing
Where practitioner sharing is available, Trackspan shares information only according to permissions you authorize. You are responsible for deciding which practitioners or collaborators should receive access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Trackspan unlawfully or to harm another person.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or integrations without authorization.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Misrepresent health data, authorization, identity, or permissions.
Subscriptions And Payment
If paid features are offered, pricing and payment terms will be presented before you purchase. You are responsible for charges you authorize. Some features may be offered as beta, preview, or early access features.
Beta And Availability
Trackspan may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Beta or early access features may be less reliable and may change quickly as we learn from users.
Termination
You may stop using Trackspan or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or use the service in a way that may harm Trackspan, users, or third parties.
If you disconnect a connected source, Trackspan will stop new imports from that source. If you request deletion of Oura data imported into Trackspan, we will delete that Oura data from active Trackspan systems within 72 hours, unless a longer period is required by law.
Disclaimers
Trackspan is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackspan and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or health decisions made using information from the service.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as Trackspan evolves. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the product, email, or this website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
